“ Mainly concerning the Kiosk and using a Gift card. Just found out that I couldn't swipe the gift card, and I didn't see on the main screen a footnote that said 'if not working, enter manually', until I came back later and tried it before asking the Cashier for help. The Cashier said she didn't know how the Kioks worked, anyway. I did let her know what I finally noticed. ”

I'm so thankful because the last manager didn't even offer to remake it and becase he did that I ordered a salad :) that's what I call good customer service and what will have a customer return :) just offer to remake it that will go further then leaving them to deal with it alone , and most likely have them never return Thank you again ALDO I really appreciate you and I hope the value you and recognize you for that that was awesome of you and will definitely have me return thanks to you ”
